  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Criminal Evidence (Amendment) Act 1997.\n(2) For ease of reference sections 63 and 63A of the 1984 Act, as amended by sections 1 to 4 above, are set out in Schedule 2 to this Act.\n(3) Section 55(6) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 is repealed.\n(4) This Act extends to England and Wales only.",
