# Criminal Finances Act 2017, Paragraph 16


(1) Section 295 (detention of seized cash) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (1) after “constable” insert “ , SFO officer ”.
(3) In subsection (4)(a) after “constable” insert “ , an SFO officer ”.
