# Criminal Finances Act 2017, Paragraph 2


(1) Section 2C (prosecuting authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (2) after “Part” insert “ 2, 4, ”.
(3) In subsection (3) after “Part” insert “ 2, 4, ”.
