  "text": "(1) Section 378 (appropriate officers and senior appropriate officers for the purposes of investigations under Part 8 of that Act) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) after paragraph (c) insert—\n“(ca) an SFO officer;”.\n(3) In subsection (2) after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) the Director of the Serious Fraud Office;”.\n(4) In subsection (3A) after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) an SFO officer;”.\n(5) In subsection (3AA) after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) the Director of the Serious Fraud Office;”.\n(6) In subsection (4) after paragraph (b) insert—\n“(ba) an SFO officer;”.\n(7) In subsection (6) after paragraph (a) insert—\n“(aa) the Director of the Serious Fraud Office;”.",
