# Criminal Finances Act 2017, Paragraph 10


In section 21G (tipping off: other permitted disclosures)—
(a) omit “or” at the end of paragraph (a);
(b) after that paragraph insert—
“(aa) made in good faith by virtue of section 21CA (disclosures within the regulated sector); or”.
