  "text": "(1) Section 2A (contribution to the reduction of crime) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2)—\n(a) omit “or” before paragraph (e);\n(b) after paragraph (e) insert—\n“(f) Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs, or\n(g) the Financial Conduct Authority.”\n(3) In subsection (3)—\n(a) omit “and” at the end of paragraph (b);\n(b) after paragraph (c) insert\n“, and\n(d) in the case of Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs or the Financial Conduct Authority, the Treasury.”",
