# Criminal Finances Act 2017, Paragraph 21


In section 47G (appropriate approval for exercise of search and seizure powers in England and Wales), in subsection (3)(c), after “investigator”, in the first place it occurs, insert “ who does not fall within any of the preceding paragraphs ”.
