# Criminal Finances Act 2017, Paragraph 28


In section 240 (general purpose of Part 5), in subsection (1)(b)—
(a) for “cash” substitute “ property ”;
(b) at the end insert “ and, in certain circumstances, to be forfeited by the giving of a notice ”.
