# Criminal Justice Act 1961, Section 36: General provisions as to orders.

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) Any power of the Secretary of State to make orders under this Act (other than orders under subsection (1) of section nineteen . . .) shall be exercisable by statutory instrument.
(2) Any Order in Council or order under this Act may be varied or revoked by a subsequent Order in Council or order.
