  "text": "(1) The following provisions of this Act shall extend to Scotland, that is to say—\n. . .\nsection thirty-five;\nsection thirty-six;\nsections thirty-eight and thirty-nine;\nsection forty-one and the Fourth . . . Schedules so far as they relate to enactments which extend to Scotland;\nbut except as aforesaid, and except so far as it relates to the commencement of the said provisions, this Act shall not extend to Scotland.\n(2) The following provisions of this Act shall extend to Northern Ireland, that is to say—\n. . .\nsection thirty-five;\nsection thirty-six;\nsections thirty-eight to forty;\nsection forty-one and the Fourth . . . Schedules, so far as they relate to enactments which extend to Northern Ireland;\nbut except as aforesaid, and except so far as it relates to the commencement of the said provisions, this Act shall not extend to Northern Ireland.",
