  "text": "A person sentenced to preventive detention who immediately before the commencement of the said section 60 was subject to a licence as aforesaid shall be treated for the purposes of Part III of this Act as if he had been released on licence under subsection (3)(a) of that section and as if the requirements specified in the licence under the said section 26 were conditions specified in a licence under the said paragraph (a).",
