  "text": "In section 5(1) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (sentences excluded from rehabilitation)—\n(a) in paragraph (b) after word “imprisonment\" there shall be inserted the words “youth custody\"; and\n(b) after paragraph (d) there shall be the following words\n“and\n(e) a sentence of custody for life”.",
