  "text": "In section 82 of that Act (restriction on power to impose imprisonment for default)—\n(a) in subsection (1)(c), after the word “imprisonment\", in the first place where it occurs, there shall be inserted the words “, youth custody\"; and\n(b) in subsections (1)(c), (3)(a) and (5)(b) for the words “a term of imprisonment\" there shall be substituted the words “a sentence of custody for life, or a term of imprisonment, youth custody, detention under section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982\".",
