  "text": "In section 88 of that Act (supervision pending payment)—\n(a) in subsection (4), for the word “prison”—\n(i) in the first place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the words “detention under section 9 of the Criminal Justice Act 1982\"; and\n(ii) in the next place where it occurs, there shall be substituted the words “to such detention\"; and\n(b) in subsection (5), for the word “prison\" there shall be substituted the words “such detention\".",
