# Criminal Justice Act 1987, Paragraph 9


(1) Any power to make regulations under this Schedule shall be exercisable by statutory instrument subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
(2) Any such regulations may make different provision with respect to different cases or classes of case.
