# Criminal Justice Act 1987, Section 14: Financial provision.

Extent: E+W

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—
(a) any expenses incurred under this Act by a Minister of the Crown; and
(b) any increase attributable to the provisions of this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act.
