The amendments of the Children and Young Persons Act 1969 mentioned in section 128(2) above are—
(a)the substitution of references to section 12A(3) for the references to section 12(3C) in . . . section 18(4) and section 19(1)(b) and (13);
(b)the substitution of references to section 12B(1) for the references to section 12(4) in . . . section 16(6)(c) and (7); and
(c)the insertion of “, 12A, 12B or 12C" after “section 12" in . . . section 16(5)(b) and (c) and (6)(a).
