  "text": "(1) Juvenile courts shall be renamed youth courts and juvenile court panels shall be renamed youth court panels.\n(2) Any reference to juvenile courts or juvenile court panels in any enactment passed or instrument made before the commencement of this section shall be construed in accordance with subsection (1) above.",
