  "text": "(1) This Part applies to any security which—\n(a) falls within any paragraph of Schedule 2; and\n(b) satisfies any conditions applying to it under an order made by the Treasury for the purposes of this subsection;\nand in the provisions of this Part (other than that Schedule) any reference to a security is a reference to a security to which this Part applies.\n(2) The Treasury may by order amend Schedule 2.",
