# The Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Surcharge) (Amendment) Order 2019, Article 1: Citation and commencement


This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice Act 2003 (Surcharge) (Amendment) Order 2019 and comes into force on 28th June 2019.
