  "text": "(1) This paragraph applies to a person if—\n(a) the person has been convicted of an offence committed on or after 30 September 1998 but before 4 April 2005,\n(b) the person is serving a section 85 extended sentence in respect of that offence,\n(c) the person has not previously been released from prison on licence in respect of that sentence, and\n(d) paragraph 4 does not apply to the person.",
