# Criminal Justice Act 2003, Paragraph 27

Status: prospective

In section 2 of the Licensed Premises (Exclusion of Certain Persons) Act 1980 (penalty for non-compliance with an exclusion order), in subsection (1), for “one month” there is substituted “ 51 weeks ”.
