(1) The Terrorism Act 2000 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 36 (police powers), in subsection (4)(a), for “three months” there is substituted
“51 weeks

(5) In Schedule 7 (ports and border controls), in paragraph 18(2)(a), for “three months” there is substituted
