# Criminal Justice Act 2003, Paragraph 17

Status: prospective

In section 56 of the Thames Barrier and Flood Prevention Act 1972 (orders for carrying out certain defence works), in subsection (3)(a)(ii), for “six months” there is substituted “ 12 months ”.
