# Criminal Justice Act 2003, Paragraph 53

Status: prospective

In section 27 (production of licence), in subsection (3), for “section 40 of the Crime (Sentences) Act 1997” there is substituted “ section 301 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”.
