  "text": "(1) Section 10 (appeal against sentence in cases dealt with by Crown Court otherwise than on conviction on indictment) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (2) —\n(a) in paragraph (b), for “or a community order within the meaning of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000” there is substituted “ a youth community order within the meaning of the Powers of Criminal Courts (Sentencing) Act 2000 or a community order within the meaning of Part 12 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 ”, and\n(b) paragraph (c) and the word “or” immediately preceding it are omitted.",
