  "text": "(1) Section 15 of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (interpretation) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) after the definition of “public authority” there is inserted—\n““public prosecutor”, “requisition” and “written charge” have the same meaning as in section 29 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003;”.\n(3) In subsection (2), after paragraph (b) there is inserted—\n“(ba) where a public prosecutor issues a written charge and requisition for the offence, when the written charge and requisition are issued;”.",
