# Criminal Justice Act 2003, Paragraph 17


In section 22B of the Prosecution of Offences Act 1985 (re-institution of proceedings stayed under section 22(4) or 22A(5)), in subsection (5)(a) for “section 3, 4, 7 or 9” there is substituted “ section 3, 4 or 7A ”.
