# Criminal Justice Act 2003, Paragraph 8

Extent: E+W

In this Schedule, and in any provision of this Part as applied by this Schedule, “service court” means—
(a) the Court Martial;
(b) the Summary Appeal Court;
(c) the Service Civilian Court; or
(d) the Court Martial Appeal Court.
