  "text": "The Secretary of State may by order provide that any reference in section 243A(3)(a), section 244(3)(a), section 247(2) or section 264(6)(d) to a particular proportion of a prisoner’s sentence is to be read as a reference to such other proportion of a prisoner’s sentence as may be specified in the order.",
