  "text": "(1) After paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980 (c. 43) (offences triable either way by virtue of section 17) there is inserted—\n“\n1A An offence at common law of outraging public decency.”\n(2) This section does not apply in relation to any offence committed before the commencement of this section.",
