  "text": "There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—\n(a) any amount payable—\n(i) as compensation under section 83 or 92 of this Act; or\n(ii) under paragraph 6 of Schedule 3 to this Act in respect of remuneration or expenses of administrators;\n(b) any administrative expenses incurred by the Secretary of State or the Lord Advocate under this Act; and\n(c) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of money so provided under any other Act.",
