  "text": "In section 84 of the 1975 Act (proof as to productions)—\n(a) after the word “prove” there shall be inserted “ (a) ”;\n(b) after the word “police” in the second place where it occurs there shall be inserted—\n“; or\n(b) that the production examined by him is that taken possession of by the procurator fiscal or the police,”; and\n(c) at the end there shall be inserted the words “ or, as the case may be, that it is that taken possession of as aforesaid ”.",
