  "text": "In section 2(3A) of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980 (detention and questioning at police station)—\n(a) for the words from “he” to “be” there shall be substituted “ and is ”; and\n(b) after the word “detention” there shall be inserted “ , the period of six hours mentioned in subsection (2) above shall be reduced by the length of that earlier detention ”.",
