  "text": "(1) Section 331 of the 1975 Act (time limit for summary prosecution of statutory offences) shall be amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1), after the words “in respect of” there shall be inserted “ any offence triable only summarily and consisting of ”.\n(3) Subsection (2) shall cease to have effect.",
