  "text": "After section 310 of the 1975 Act there shall be inserted the following section—\n“ Abolition of private summary prosecutions.\n310A Except where any enactment otherwise expressly provides, all prosecutions under this Part of this Act shall be brought at the instance of the procurator fiscal.”.",
