  "text": "In section 55(2) of the Bankruptcy (Scotland) Act 1985 (effect of discharge of bankrupt on certain liabilities), after paragraph (a) there shall be inserted the following paragraphs—\n“(aa) any liability to pay a fine imposed in a district court;\n(ab) any liability under a compensation order within the meaning of section 58 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1980;”.",
