Section 94 Finality of appeal proceedingsI1
In subsection (2) of section 124 (finality of proceedings) of the 1995 Act—
(a)
for the words “sections 288ZB and 288AA” there is substituted “ section 288AA ”,
(b)
the words “a reference under section 288ZB or” are repealed.
