# The Criminal Justice (Specified Class B Drugs) Order 2015, Article 2: Specified Class B drugs


The following substances and products are specified Class B drugs under section 70(1) of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000:
(a) cannabis and cannabis resin, and
(b) amphetamine, its salts and any preparation or other product containing amphetamine or its salts.
