  "text": "(1) The Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975 shall have effect subject to the amendments specified in Schedule 11 to this Act.\n(2) The following provisions of this Act shall have effect in relation to Scotland, namely—\nsection 15(2) to (4).\nsection 30(3);\nsection 31(10);\nsection 32(3);\nsection 33;\nsections 38 to 40 and Schedule 7;\nsections 50 to 52;\nSections 55(1) to (3);\nsection 65(1), (3) and (6) to (10) and Schedule 14;\nsection 65(4) and Schedule 12 so far as they relate to—\nNight Poaching Act 1828,\nPublic Stores Act 1875,\nExplosive Substances Act 1833,\nPrison Act 1952 (in its application to persons for the time being in Scotland),\nAdoption Act 1958,\nsections 26, 28, 29 and 39(1) of the Criminal Justice Act 1961,\nHousing (Scotland) Act 1966,\nRoad Traffic Regulations Act 1967,\nsections . . . 60 of the Criminal Justice Act 1967 and (in its application to persons for the time being in Scotland) section 63 of that Act,\n. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .\nGaming Act 1968,\nsection 179 of the Road Traffic Act 1972,\nHealth and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974,\nRehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974;\nsection 65(5) and Schedule 13 so far as they relate to—\nNight Poaching Act 1828,\nTruck Act 1831,\nPublic Stores Act 1875,\nsection . . . 9 or 19 of the Conspiracy and Protection of Property Act 1875,\nCruelty to Animals Act 1876,\nTruck Amendment Act 1887,\nWitnesses (Public Inquiries) Protection Act 1892,\nsection 283 of the Customs and Excise Act 1952,\n...\nsections 26 and 28 of the Criminal Justice Act 1961,\nPenalties for Drunkenness Act 1962,\nCriminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1963,\nsections 43(2) and 80 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1967,\nsections 60, 92(8) and 106(2)(f) of and, in relation to enactments mentioned therein which extend to Scotland, Part I of Schedule 3 to the Criminal Justice Act 1967,\nFirearms Act 1968,\nTransport Act 1968,\nsection 59(5)(e) of and paragraph 48(a) of Schedule 8 to the Courts Act 1971,\nMisuse of Drugs Act 1971,\nRoad Traffic Act 1972,\nsection 58(a) of the Powers of Criminal Courts Act 1973,\nRoad Traffic Act 1974,\nDistrict Courts (Scotland) Act 1975,\nCriminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1975,\nProtection of Birds (Amendment Act) 1976;\nSchedule 9, paragraph 3(3).",
