  "long_title": "These Regulations amend the Criminal Legal Aid (Contribution Orders) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/483) (“the Contribution Orders Regulations”). The Contribution Orders Regulations make provision in relation to the liability of individuals who are in receipt of representation under section 16 of the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (c. 10) to make a payment in connection with the provision of such representation, based on the financial resources of the individual. A contribution payment can be made from an individual’s income and capital.",
