# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 11


In Part 30 (enforcement of fines and other orders for payment)—
(a) omit rule 30.10 (financial penalties imposed in other European Union member States); and
(b) amend the table of contents correspondingly.
