# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019, Regulation 14


In Part 44 (request to the European Court for a preliminary ruling)—
(a) omit the title of the Part; and
(b) for the table of contents and the rules in the Part substitute “There are no rules in this Part.”
