In Part 2 of these Regulations a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Crown Court Rules (Northern Ireland) 1979.

In Part 3 of these Regulations a reference to a rule by number alone means the rule so numbered in the Magistrates’ Courts Rules (Northern Ireland) 1984.
