In Part 50 (Extradition)—
(a)
in the first paragraph of the note to rule 50.3 (Exercise of court’s powers) for “information” substitute “allegation”; and
(b)
in rule 50.10 (Issue of provisional arrest warrant)—
(i)
in paragraph (2)(a) for “information” substitute “application for a warrant”, and
(ii)
in paragraph (2)(b) for “the information” substitute “that application”.
