Article 6 Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Rules 2015
In Part 25 (Trial and sentence in the Crown Court), in rule 25.16 (Procedure if the court convicts)—
(a)
in paragraph (2)(a)(ii) for “request” substitute “commission”; and
(b)
in the fifth paragraph of the note to the rule for “requests” substitute “commissions”.
