  "text": "These Rules come into force as follows—\n(a) rules 4 to 11 shall come into force on 7th October 2019;\n(b) rule 12 shall come into force on 7th October 2019 unless the Criminal Procedure (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019 come into force before that date;\n(c) if those Regulations come into force before that date, rule 12 shall come into force on 7th October 2019 with the adaptations specified in rule 13.",
