  "text": "In Part 33 (Confiscation and related proceedings), in rule 33.66 (Confiscation orders - revised assessments)—\n(a) in paragraph (1)—\n(i) after “the prosecutor” insert “or a receiver”,\n(ii) for “section 13, 14 or 15” substitute “section 13, 14, 15, 16 or 17”, and\n(iii) for “section 74A, 74B or 74C” substitute “section 74A, 74B, 74C or 83”; and\n(b) in paragraph (2)—\n(i) at the end of sub-paragraph (d) omit “and”,\n(ii) at the end of sub-paragraph (e) insert “and”, and\n(iii) after sub-paragraph (e) insert—\n“(f) a copy of any certificate issued by the High Court.”",
