  "text": "These Rules come into force on 3rd October 2022, save for the following which come into force on 15th August 2022—\n(a) rule 4(b), (c), (d) and (e);\n(b) rule 5(a), (b), (c), (d), (f) and (g);\n(c) rule 6;\n(d) rule 8(a)(i);\n(e) rule 9;\n(f) rule 11;\n(g) rule 12;\n(h) rule 14;\n(i) rule 15; and\n(j) rule 24(a) and (c).",
