# The Criminal Procedure (Amendment No. 3) Rules 2017, Article 2: Citation, commencement and interpretation


Rule 7, rule 10(a), (u) and (w) and rule 12 shall come into force on 10th August 2017 and the remaining rules on 2nd October 2017.
